SALT LAKE COUNTY — A 19-year-old man who fell in a rocky area and hit his head while hiking in Neff’s Canyon Friday was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

A medical helicopter was called in to find two hikers stranded on the north side of Mount Olympus. They were not injured but they were stuck on a ledge. Search and rescue crews were able to rescue the hikers without incident.
